Terms And Condition

1. Service Scope
Navira Settlement Services (“Navira”) provides soft-landing support, including airport pickup, temporary accommodation, feeding, and assistance with SIN and health card registration. Services are delivered based on the selected package.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking.
  • The remaining 30% balance must be paid before completion of services or within the agreed timeline.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (<48 hours) will result in full forfeiture of payment.

4. Accommodation Policy

  •  Accommodation is provided based on the selected package (Standard, Private, or Family Room).
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.
  • Any damages caused will be billed to the client.

5. Renter’s Insurance Requirement 🔒

  •  All clients are required to obtain renter’s (tenant) insurance for the duration of their stay.
  • This insurance must cover personal belongings, liability, and accidental damages.
  • Clients may provide proof of their own insurance prior to arrival.

7. Optional Navira Insurance Offering:

  • Navira can facilitate short-term renter’s insurance coverage for clients at an additional fee.
  • This option provides convenience and ensures compliance with accommodation requirements.
  • Fees and coverage details will be shared upon request.

8. Airport Pickup & Arrival Details

  • Clients must provide accurate flight details at least 72 hours before arrival.
  • Delays must be communicated promptly.
  • Navira is not liable for missed pickups due to incorrect or incomplete information.

9. Documentation Responsibility

  • Navira provides guidance and assistance only for SIN and health card registration.
  • Final approval and issuance are the responsibility of Canadian government authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Navira shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties, including airlines, government agencies, or accommodation providers.
  • Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

11. Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and comply with Canadian laws.
  • Navira reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of misconduct.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Client information is collected solely for service delivery purposes.
  • Navira will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

13. Agreement
